I had some SCSI weirdness here recently. Nothing I could pin down, and
neither can I in yours. I might suggest what we used to call "SCSI
Voodoo", which entails that all connectors on all drives are well seated,
that there are no bent pins, etc. If you have any of the "micro" SCSI
connectors, those can develop funny connections, even when they are just
sitting in a working system, but it's not a very scientific or even very
satisfying reply. ("Duh, that happens sometimes. I dunno...")
