Re: [TCLUG:14887] [Fwd: xwindows/xga monitor]



it finds the correct video card, which amazes me, ATI Mobility MI 2x AGP and LCD flat
panel is the best display i have seen yet, but still no luck with finding one that
works. I have called compaq and, of course, they do not know the video chipset, but they
did tell me the display is TST XGA (and i don't know what that means). My question is
that is it my graphics card that is wrong somehow, or is it the display. I get a "snowy"
picture with choppy lines under/before the GUI interface that comes up with the blue
background. Thanks for the help.
