Hmmm, actually, I believe the calendar is migrating into the evolution
distribution, so it may be there, too. Hmmm, according to Bonsai, the
timeutil.h file exists at evolution/calendar/cal-util. It's probably a
transitional thing, maybe something with the makefiles.
