Check out http://www.cdroutlet.com  They sell the pre-cut cards for $1.50.
I just ordered some for myself.  Now if I could only get someone to create
an ISO image for me!?!?  

Slashdot just had an article about the BBC last week.  Search for Business
Card.  People posted lots more links for the media.  CDROutlet seemed the
cheapest though.
