Ovation is now McLeod and since the buy-out service and support just sucks.
When you call you get the help desk and they are useless. They can't or won't
give you a troubleticket, no matter how hard you beg/threat.

So, WHEN they don't call you back you have to explain your problem to them
again. I ended up having to ask for the tech's name, hours they work and days
they are on, so I can call back at those times and get the same tech.
