Voice and Data integration on Linux?

I have more and more clients asking how they can use their phone lines for
both Internet access and voice/fax.

For clients who are SOHO, ISDN routers with POTS lines work just create, and
DSL with POTS splits are just as spiffy.

But, what about the small office or branch office with several people in it?
Maybe with a PBX maybe not, but the need multiple line with basic business
features line roll-overs?

Trust me, linux will come up later.....

Traditionally, we have suggested doing a drop-and-insert with Channelized T1s,
but the hardware necessary for this is expensive and usually you have to buy a
full T1 and most of it goes unused (aside, anyone EVER get USWest to sell them
just a fractional T1 and not have to pay the same price as a full T1?)

So, the linux part. I have seen and read about Frame Relay, ATM and ISDN cards
for linux and read rave reviews about them. So, any niffy hardware out there
to let me do a drop-and-insert using a linux box as the brains?

I really think there is a market for this hardware, just need to find it.
Anyone?
