you're kidding, right?  Slackware, of course! :)  You can easily get it under 100
MB by just installing the base disk sets.  However, if I were you, I'd go with 
NetBSD if you're going to use it as a firewall.  It can be extremely small and
still fully functional.  Heck, I just put NetBSD on my IBM WorkPad z50, and it
only has 128 MB flash card! :)  NetBSD w/ base packages and compilers would be
less than 170 MB easily, though it wouldn't fit on my flash card, so it's some
where in there.
