(ASCEND) Testing new T1 DCS on Max 4048

What's a good way to force calls to a new DCS trunk. I have 1 number for 4
T1's. Disabling whole T1 lines seems to make calls roll up to the next T1,
but often there are calls in session that I don't want to disrupt. When I
quiesce lower T1's to try to make calls roll up to the new line, the calls
get refused like this:

May 26 10:21:05 nas2-brf ASCEND: slot 0 port 0, line 2, channel 6, Incoming
Call, MBID 430 [MBID 430]
May 26 10:21:05 nas2-brf ASCEND: slot 5 port 11, Call Refused [MBID 430]
May 26 10:21:05 nas2-brf ASCEND: call 12 CL 0K c=2 p=2
May 26 10:21:05 nas2-brf ASCEND: slot 0 port 0, line 2, channel 6, Far End
Hung Up

This is being reported by the 6096 that is handling the first 3 T1's. I'm
trying to get it to roll over to the 4th line which is on a 4048. (The
6096's 4th line is used for another hunt group from a remote POP)

Is there a better way?

Thanks,

Jerry O'Brien
