(ASCEND) Support?
Does anyone else notice that Ascend support is going to *!)!) in a hand
basket? Even their Pay $3/min service is 3 hour hold time, and requests
for upgrades for qualifing units for Secure Connect firewall, etc that used
to take 2-3 days, now take (if you ever get a reply off the web site
submission) weeks for the Hash code?
Just wondering if everyone else was having such a hard time getting support?
How about contract customers - you having better luck?
Does Ascend/Loosent monitor this list at all?
