(ASCEND) Pipeline 75 calls on it's own?

I'm showing a problem with my Pipeline 75 customers that all night long,
even when all computers on their networks are turned off, call into our
Internet every 4 minutes and stay connected for 2 minutes then hang up and
then it repeats again in 4 minutes.

What can be done to the config to prevent these unwanted calls?
