Thanks for the suggestion, Mike.  It was already off.  I am leaning
towards the "they have something running" theory since I can watch the
packet count on the Ether stats increment every so often while I am
telnet'ed in to the router.  If I went over there and set Route IP=No, and
the router then shut off properly after 5 minutes, that would prove the
theory correct would it not?
