(ASCEND) Disable user's ability to see the termserv screen?

I am wanting to prevent user's ability to see the "termserv" screen when
they dial in via HyperTerm (or similar program).  Do I just have to set the
"Framed-Only" setting under Answer to accomplish this?  Also, I want to set
up a "diagnostic" profile, where I can see this screen (for
troubleshooting).  Do I just set up the profile under "Connections" with
the "Framed-Only" attribute set to Off (or No)?
