(ASCEND) PRI Channel Monitoring

Hi,
    Is there any way to monitor activity on each of the 23 channels on
a PRI line.  I think I'm having a problem with one of my PRI's but I'm
not sure which one.  I currently have 8 PRI's on one phone number
and sometimes the line answers and sometimes it just rings.
The 8 lines are distributed on one Acsend 6k and 2 4048's.
