(ASCEND) Pausing on Max1800

Hi all,

Many Thanks to all who have given clues to pausing etc.

I had a customer with the following setup:
Max1800 sw 7.0.4
7 pipelines connected by 64k ISDN (1 bridged and 6 routed)
software on the P50 pipelines 5.0A and 6.0.9 and 6.1.19 (mostly 6.0.9)

Every re-boot of the max, one site would start "pausing" and it would
rorate between sites. (except the bridged site for some reason).

After fixing some routing problems (which I thought was the cause) and
getting totally frustrated. I finally turned off LQM on all sites and
havn't had a call back yet. This sounds quite promising at the moment.
