(ASCEND) Is this the cause of a 7.0.4 upgrade?



Hello,

We did an upgrade on a few of our max units (3 4K's and 1 1800). 

On the 1800, we have a client who is dialing in to us over ISDN with 128K. They are calling with a Cisco 1003 router.

Up until we did the upgrades, there was no proble. Now, the client is dialing in, and the message we are getting on the max menu log is 

"call refused" and then "far end hung up".

The syslog output suggests that tehy are dialing in with their username being their isdn phone number!

The client hasnt changed anything and they understand the workings of routers, etc.

We havent changed a thing.

Has anyone else seen this issue with 7.0.4 for a Max1800 or possibly even a 4000?
