(ASCEND) P50 and timeout while sending data

Hi,

I've got a P50 (P50-1SBRI) connected via a 128K ISDN connection to our
upstream provider who is running a Cisco something.

Most things work, you can telnet over it, browse the web etc but when
trying to send large quantities of data (not that large but more than my
telnet session sends or larger than an HTTP request) they connections time
out. eg trying to upload files via FTP timesout after sending a few K,
same with largeish (> 4K) emails. There is a large send q for these
connections when they timeout.

The P50 is running 6.0.13 (the b.p50 file). I'm new to Pipelines so if
there is any other info you need please let me know,
