Yes.. I noticed that as well.... (on 7.0.0 and 7.0.4)

Most of the v90 connections have the rate of 28800!!!! or lower. I thought
it was suppose to be 33600 as well?
or am I wrong?

It says on www.v90.com that the speed is limited to 33k6 but No one in my
life playing with the MAx4000's
has ever got it to 33k6.

The fastest recieve speed I have ever seen is 52,000 (In New Zealand) (I get
this speed from home all the time) has anyone got anything higher?

Any comment from Ascend?
