What do you mean by sustained usage?  

Are you watching the 5 minute, 30 minute, 2 hour or 1 day graphs? 

Are you using the maximum readings or the average readings?

I have been watching my graphs and tend to use the 30 minute maximum
reading to determine if my modems are filling up.
