(ASCEND) Pipeline 130
Hey guys,
I have a pipeline 130 I configured yesterday for ISDN, it worked great
w/ no problems here in the office, but then when we took it to a
customer's site (with the spid and phone numbers changed accordingly)
and hooked it up to their ISDN line, the box refuses to sync with the
second isdn line, and it gives us a Link M confirming the problem. I
have check 6 times with our telco and my documentation to make sure we
have the correct spids and phone numbers available. The telco says he
could latch on to both channels on the ISDN circuit at their location.
The only thing I know of is the line voltage may not be high enough to
carry the second line, or there could be a loss of voltage at the
punchdown point (if they didnt punch the line down properly), so my
question is this, What is the line voltage requirements for a Pipeline
130, and do you have any other ideas why this box refuses to sync up
properly only on the second line?
Thanks
