(ASCEND) crashing 6000

So... I dunno what to look at to see why this is crashing.

Its new out of the box

Its config'd the same as my 4048 for ISDN

It crashes every 15 min to an hour.

I have flashed with every release from 6.1.3 thru 7.2.0 to no avail.

So... any ideas of where or what to loo at/for?  or is this a return item!
