(ASCEND) Modem Corruption Problem.

Also, I forgot to mention there is a problem with modem code 
corruption on the TNT's, What basically happens is the modem
firmware within the DSP actually get's corrupted overtime. I've seen
this in my environment many times. This could be a contributing 
factor to why many of you are experiencing badd connections/disconnects.
