(ASCEND) Max2000 <-> Cisco 4500

Hello,

I have a problem calling a Cisco 4500/11.3 with our
Max 2000/5.0Ap51

I try it with following nvram-profile

START=CONN=500=22
Station=impcisco
Active=Yes
Encaps=PPP
PRI # Type=Unknown
Dial #=030xxxxxxx
Calling #=30xxxxxxx
Encaps options...Send Auth=CHAP
Encaps options...Send PW=yyyyyyyy

Encaps options...VJ Comp=No
Ip options...LAN Adrs=172.28.100.1/16
Ip options...WAN Alias=172.29.24.1
Ip options...IF Adrs=172.29.24.2/24
Telco options...Callback=Yes
Telco options...Data Svc=64K
END=CONN=500=22

and get following wandisp 64 output via hex2ppp and vi

I think Cisco want to do 82 07 "Cisco Discovery Protocol Control"

I think Max want to do IP

  XMIT-156:: LCP ProtRej 04 00 0a 82 07 01 8b 00 04

Max don't want 82 07 "Cisco Discovery Protocol Control"

  RECV-156:: LCP ProtRej a2 00 10 80 21 01 02 00 0a 03 06 ac 1d 18 02

Cisco don't want IP

  XMIT-156:: LCP TermReq 01 00 04

Max says: good bye

I think this is a Cisco problem.
Can anybody tell me, what I or the Cisco admin can do?
