You should walk through your config with support to check everything. But
make sure you do both the answer profile and the users's profile.

Usually remote modem problem or user turned their modem/PC off.

The remote user's PPP client requested a disconnect.

I think this is an idle timer, but I'm not sure.

This can mean a lot of things, but usually it means the remote user hung up
the line before logging off.
