Actually that clause was removed, so that we can openly discuss such items.
We hoped that would encourage more a participation in the BETA process.

If you know it's going to crash in certain ways, it's better to control
who gets it to stress out the other features while you fix that bug. In some
cases we don't *know* this, and that's when they get released for open
BETA...
