I just installed 1.3Ap24 on a TNT.  In the release notes under TR2841 it
states that the correct level for K56 modem cards is -10 dB and for V.34
cards it is -13 dB because of the extra 3 dB loss in the CODECs.  Okay. 
However, -10 dB is not a choice under terminal-server -> modem ->
modem-transmit-level.

Is TR2841 note right or wrong?
