1) fclear ,then fsave before each TLOAD. then NVR after.
2) upgrading to the current version is a 4 step process. you cannot just
load the latest version directly. the code must be upgradedin this order
doing an fclear,fsave,NVR after each load

4.x -> 4.6Ci18 --> 5.0A --> 5.1Ap9

pipeline 50's and 75's with 5.0B and pipeline 130's with 5.0A WILL loose
settings after a remote upgrade so those have to be onsite jobs.
