A message from Ascend MAX product management team:

The second beta release of version 6.0 for the MAX product family is now
available on the Ascend web site at www.ascend.com. Reasons to try the new
release of MAX and TNT code include newer modem firmware, better
performance, and a host of new features. 

Release 6.0 for the MAX brings with it 132 new features.  The 6.0b2
release notes on the Ascend Beta Web Site provide detail on each of these
features.
