  I've migrated approximately 150+ boxes to 5.0Ap38, To gain the 1.160N
Rockwell code, All I can say it's fixed some that have had problems but
again, It's broken others that use to work fine, I'm trying to track 
down which model types of modems. Good news though it's seems to have
stabilized out our USR customers :)
