(ASCEND) Dialing ISDN from MAX?

I have just taken over support for a MAX 4004 (upgraded to a 48?).

I am trying to set tup Dial on Demoand to an OMNI TA 128, the cleint system is
running Window NT 4.0.

1)  Can I do this?
2)  IS there a FAQ on this?
3)  How do I dial out from the max to test the OMNI?
4)  Does any know how to dial to the second DTE (DTE1 is in use)?  I see the AA
light go on, but I wonder is the MAX is making an ISDN connection or Analog?
