Welcome to ascend-users

--

Welcome to the ascend-users mailing list!

If you ever want to remove yourself from this mailing list,
send the following command in email to
"ascend-users-request":

    unsubscribe

Or you can send mail to "Majordomo@bungi.com" with the following command
in the body of your email message:

    unsubscribe ascend-users rte-ascend@listserv.real-time.com

Here's the general information for the list you've
subscribed to, in case you don't already have it:

This is the ASCEND-USERS mailing list. The list is open to any and
all people with an interest in Ascend products. Submissions should
be sent to <ascend-users@bungi.com>

Note: If mail to you bounces "too many times" you will be automatically
removed from the list. If in doubt, re-subscribe. If you're already
on the list from the same email address the second subscription will
be rejected as a duplicate. "Too many times" depends upon my state
of mind, but is typically about 5 days worth of bounces.

UNSUBSCRIPTION REMINDER:

 * To unsubscribe from the regular list send "unsubscribe" in the *body*
   of the message to ascend-users-request@bungi.com

 * To unsubscribe from the digest version of the list send "unsubscribe" in
the *body* of the message to ascend-users-digest-request@bungi.com

The archive version of the mailing list (ascend-users-digest) is archived.
You can get copies of old digests from the mail server. To get a list of
available files send a message to ascend-users-request@bungi.com
with the command "index" in the body of the message. In UNIX speak:

	echo index | mail ascend-users-request@bungi.com

To retrieve one of the files use the command "get <filename>" in the body
of the message. Send it to the same request address as above, e.g.

	echo get v01.n049 | mail ascend-users-request@bungi.com

The list is maintained by Dave Rand <dlr@bungi.com>.
