(ASCEND) constant outgoing calls



I upgraded our MAX4030 to 7.0.22 a couple of weeks ago and as of yesterday
I'm getting an outgoing call to no actual number every ten seconds.  After
the upgrade there were occasional calls to no number, but it has now become
a constant stream.  The call always terminates immediately with result codes
c=185 p=2 (remote end hung up & call progress unknown).  It only shows up in
syslog - our RADIUS server sees no mention of it, and the console display
never shows the call taking place.

We have a couple of users whom we dial, but those outgoing calls are
continuing to work as normal.

I've tried restarting the RADIUS server, rebooting the MAX (both warm and
cold boots) and setting Use Trunk Groups to No, all to no avail.  Does
anyone have any idea why this is happening?
