(ASCEND) P75 POTS port

I am running a P75 with TAOS 7.3.0, the ISDN line is connected to a
Siemens EWSD switch using NI-1.  I have it working just fine for data
calls dialing into a Lucent PM-3.  The POTS ports both seem to work
fine for outgoing calls, but not for incoming calls.  I have searched
through Ascend's site with little success, I called Ascend support and
they can have someone call me back, however, since this is the only
phone line at this location that doesn't really work well.  

Everything under Dual-POTS is set to the defaults, under Configure...
I have Data Usage=A+B, Phone 1 Usage=A, Phone 2 Usage=B, Phone Num
Binding=Yes, and Caller ID=No.  I have tried the SPIDs in both orders
and get the same results.

After attempting to call in I get:

NL: CALL REJECTED/OTHER DEST: xxxxxxx  B2
NL: CALL REJECTED/OTHER DEST: xxxxxxx  B2

in show isdn, where xxxxxxx is the phone number that I dialed.  It can
be the number for either of the SPID's.  I have tried setting My Num A
& B to be the number both with and without the SPID's without success.

Any ideas?
