(ASCEND) Fatal Error

When I recently upgraded to v7.2.3 of the TAOS I have started
getting the below error fairly regularly.  Happens around every
8-10 hours.  Any clues or ideas would be greatly appreciated
since my contract expired and the renewal is slowly plodding
through the purchasing department.

FATAL ERROR:  Index:   1  Revision: 7.2.3  Slot 1/16 (tntenet)
     Date: 12/15/1999.       Time: 14:28:50
     Location: 1002d4b4 1003d4a4 1003d9b8 1000dd00 1000ee40 00000000
                                          ^^^^^^^^

The location noted with the ^'s changes slightly with each
error, but all the other locations are constant.
