(ASCEND) Cisco-Pipeline

Has anyone had any problems/bugs with getting a Cisco 3640 with 4-port
BRI working with a Pipeline50? I've tried different versions of IOS.
With 11.3 the Pipeline can dial the Cisco, but with IOS 12.0(5), the
Pipeline can't get authenticated but the Cisco can connect to the
Pipeline. The Configuration is the same in each case.

I stripped the config to the very basics for ISDN functionality and with
a username password for authentication.
