(ASCEND) RADIUS

I am looking for a version of radius to do the following. Radius should be
able to read the users profile on the NT domain, see if they are allowed to
RAS, and if they are then verify username and password on the NT server. 

We are testing steel-belted, but it is not so great. the accounting works
poorly, and NT users have to remove the domain from the dialup dialog box.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
