Jason,

I have tried to create working filters on ethernet for several times in 
rel 1.24P it worked in release 2.x.x it does not work and in 7.0.4 it
looked like it worked, only after 10 or so minutes
the connection is gone.

Maybe I'm creating the filters wrong can you give me an example of a
filter e.g. that allows telnet from only 1 host, but allows all other
traffic to go through
