(ASCEND) TNT / ICQ Problem

Has anyone ever encountered a configuration setting on the TNT that would
prevent users from connecting to the ICQ network?

I've been out of the NAS loop for a while but there's been a problem with
our TNT and ICQ, and it's time for me to lend a hand.
