(ASCEND) Ascend OSPF Implementation

I have been contemplating OSPF on my network which consists of Max4xxx,
TNTs and GRFs for awhile now. I have read up and even met John Moy. What I
was looking for was a real world idea of what I need to do to get OSPF
running across my network from someone that has walked the path before. So
if someone could take the time to kinda/kindly explain in simplistic
terms what needs to be done, like, read this profile, designate your area,
wash rinse repeat or whatever it takes to get things going I would
appreciate it. Thanks for the time.
