Here are the OID's you need to track the number of users on each PRI:

  10-100: 1.3.6.1.4.1.529.4.21.1.7.2
  10-200: 1.3.6.1.4.1.529.4.21.1.7.3
  20-100: 1.3.6.1.4.1.529.4.21.1.7.4
  20-200: 1.3.6.1.4.1.529.4.21.1.7.5

If you have multiple DNIS values per PRI, then you would need to do some
fancy number crunching.  For this, I would reccomend dumping your radius
logs into SQL.  From there, you can perform just about any type of query you
desire.
