Maybe it's just me, But, if own a MAX or TNT and you've registered
online via www.ascend.com and click on the register button you have access
to the closed beta.
IMHO the difference between a closed beta and open beta, is an
open beta the code is placed on the ftp site so anyone can run it and
publish the results etc. The closed beta, there is a non disclosure and
those that wish to run it can for testing purposes. We wouldn't want 3COM
to put the V.90 code on their MAX, and have the Tolly group do a
comparison of the V.90 code ;).
