RE: (ASCEND) Backup Q



The best way to tell is NavisAccess is seeing the Call-logging packets is to
run AccessWatch.  On the last line of the window you will see "calls
processed".   This will tell you the number of packets processed.

Okay.

Does it appear that NavisAccess is seeing the Call-Logging messages?
Can you put a network sniffer on the LAN between the TNT and NavisAccess?
If so, do you see both the messages from the TNT (Accounting-Request)
and the replies from NavisAccess (Accounting-Accept)?
You might also try using the "debug on" and "radif" commands to monitor
the operation of RADIUS on the TNT.
