Re: (ASCEND) CPU utilization for Max 4k

Well, From what I have gathered, they just didn't think about
implementing this feature in the beginning, and for them to be able to pull
CPU usage they had to go about it in almost impossible ways:

Because of the 4004 chassis design it was almost impossible for them to
get the ICE on the motherboard (this is due to the large slate of metal
that is above the motherboard) well, they had to raise up that card
chassis a little bit to be able to get the ICE and the bus extender in
there, (Now of course the bus extender can not be to long cause it would
through off the timing).

Anyway, after that was all said and done, they were unable to full
populate the box now because of all the changes so they truly could not
get good statistics on the CPU.

Now, I have heard this is no longer the case and that they can now get
CPU usage off a fully loaded box, but this data is still to be seen.
