(ASCEND) Monitoring Peak Capacity?

What type of tool is available to monitor the port capacity on MAXes?  How
do you guys determine when it's time to expand port capacity (IE. order new
PRI and mod cards)?

Since we have multiple virtual POPs going into each WAN ports and these
VPOP number can not be rolled over, current version of Navis Access is of
no use because it could not monitor each WAN ports independently.  For
example, if WAN1 if full and WAN2 is not, NavisAccess will indicate that
there are still ports available, while callers to WAN1 is getting busy
signals already.  Sorting through the DNIS log is no good either as most of
our lines do not receive DNIS signals from telco.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
