WinNT doesn't *have* MS-Stac.  It doesn't do Stac LZS at all.  NT has
a protocol that, to my knowledge, is only supported by NT - MPPC.  It
is not compatible with any Stac LZS systems.

M$ keeps waffling on whether NT5.0 will support a sane protocol like
the rest of the world or not.  In any case I would hope Ascend doesn't
bow to M$'s stupidity and do MPPC.
