I believe he jumped straight from 5.0B/5.1A(whichever came w/ the router)
to 6.0.0., skipping over all the 5.1A patches. I'll have him try
downgrading back to 5.1Ap9.
One thing i forgot to add in the original post was, he's getting static
IP's from us.(just not enough to route all his clients, so that's why he's
using NAT) From what i heard from other users, the NAT table only clears
if the *real* IP changes. That may be why it sometimes requires a router
reset to get it back and working.
