(ASCEND) POST Halted on Pipeline


          Pipeline 

      Power-On Self Test 

           Halted:      

       CONFIGURE UNIT! 

Anyone ever seen this?  Can't get past this initial screen, but can get
into diagnostics with ESC [ ESC =.  Performed an fclear and an nvram, but
still got this message?  It's a Pipe 50 that's olny a few weeks old.
Should I just get an RMA number?
