(ASCEND) CACHE-TOKEN and RADIUS

Can anyone help me out?

I have a Pipeline-50 dialing up to a MAXX4000 who is in turn
authenticating against an Ascned 1.16 RADIUS server.  I am using
CACHE-TOKEN authentication such that when my users Pipeline needs to bring
up another channel, the pipeline doesn't prompt the user for a second
passcode (Users authenticating with securid).

My problem is that I need to know the specific mechanism by which this
authentication occurs.  More spefically, for both the initial
authentication and the cached token auth I need to know:
	1. What does the Pipe send to the MAXX?
	2. What does the MAXX send to the radius server?
	3. What does the RADIUS server send to the MAXX?

Are there any good references out there?  I have looked on the Ascend site
but have not had much luck.
