I had this exact problem on an ISDN line. US Worst tested the lines
over, and over again and said they were perfect. Turns out it
*was* a problem with the ISDN line, and once the right guy at USWorst
looked at it he noticed right away - the channels were not set up
to work together, but they worked seperatly just fine. Their test
equipment tested one channel at a time.
