(ASCEND) Cistron Radius (fwd)

I don't think Cistron supports Ascends (braindead IMHO) proprietary 'ABINARY'
data format. Most RADIUS servers DO NOT. Ascend's does, and Merit's does -
I can't think of others offhand, but probably Funk's commercial server
and IEA's RadiusNT do.
None of the popular free versions do - but the code is on Ascend's site,
happy hacking. (Or get them to support the IETF Filter-Id attribute like
everyone else. Or get them to use standard VSAs to send filter rules, like
Cisco.)
