If they are using MPP and are on a max unit, or some other unit that
supports rem then you can gain access to their router, and (in most
cases) get the telnet passwords and full access passwords w/o even have
to enter a password. On a max unit under termserv just type rem
<connection name> and you should be able to get into their router.
